You’re never too old to play with LEGO®, right? And If you’re over 4 years old (and we guess you are) any LEGO® set in Brick Borrow’s library will work for you. But if you want a closer age guide, check the set’s recommended age listing. This can help you decide which set will be a good fit for you.

At Brick Borrow UAE, we believe building should be fun and flexible. That’s why there’s no strict time pressure - you can build, play, and display your LEGO® set for as long as your active subscription allows. No rush, no stress. With our ‘Apprentice’ subscription you can borrow one set at a time, with a maximum of one per month. With the 'Builder' subscription, you can also borrow one set at a time, but with no restrictions on how many sets per month. With any of our subscriptions, when you’re ready for something new, simply return it - either via our UAE return process or by dropping it off at our shop in European Business Centre - Shop R13, DIP1, Dubai, UAE just next to DIP Metro station. Once it’s checked back in, we’ll notify you so you can choose your next build! Simple as that! Of course if you are in the shop, this will be a very quick process so you can drop, select & walk out with your next set in one visit. Want even more LEGO® goodness? If you’ve got your eye on one of our premium, high-value LEGO® sets — we don’t blame you! With our monthly memberships, access to selected premium Hero & Legend builds unlocks after your first three months of active membership. During those first three months, you’ll still enjoy a fantastic range of sets from our library. Once you reach the three-month mark, you’ll be able to borrow any available set, including our Hero and Legend builds, depending on your plan inclusion. Note that access to our Legend builds is exclusive only to our Master plan.  Why the three-month wait? This helps us protect and track our most valuable sets, ensuring fairness and accountability across our UAE community. We don’t want anything to spoil your fun. That’s why we go above and beyond to make sure you receive a complete LEGO® set, ready to build and enjoy. While the occasional missing piece doesn’t always stop the fun, we understand it can be frustrating. In the unlikely event that your set arrives with any pieces missing, please let us know as soon as possible. Email us at hi@brickborrow.ae and include the number(s) of the missing brick(s) - you’ll find these listed at the back of the instruction manual. If possible, please attach a photo to help us identify the piece quickly. If we have the piece available in our inventory, we’ll send it out to you as soon as possible so you can get straight back to building.

Of course! We’re only human. Sometimes accidents happen and LEGO® pieces go missing. Again, please let us know. If it’s one or two pieces or under 10 grams we may be able to replace it from our library at no extra cost to you. Please be aware, though, that we always check sets on return. If you send a set back with missing pieces over 10 grams or the lost LEGO® piece is rarer, you will be charged the cost price for the replacement pieces and an AED20 admin fee. As soon as this balance is settled, you can borrow a new set.

No problem! Brick Borrow subscriptions are fully flexible to fit your needs. Want to upgrade? You can do it anytime. Need to pause? We offer up to a three-month pause, and when you’re ready to return, you won’t lose your access to those premium sets. Want to cancel? Simply send back your set, we’ll check it, and then you’re free to cancel. Remember, whether you're pausing or canceling, all sets must be returned to us first. We make it easy to keep building on your terms!

Squeaky clean! We clean & sanitize every set upon return before bagging and boxing it ready for our next Borrower.

When you choose your Brick Borrow set(s), you can collect for free from our Brick Borrow HQ in DIP just next the Metro station, and of course returning is the same without charge.  If you would like us to send it to you then the fee will be AED15 each way for all Emirates regardless of location or size of set, and when you are ready for it to be collected, break it down into the bags and use the mailing bag provided.  Send us an email hi@brickborrow.ae and we will manage the payment with you and arrange for our courier partners to collect. Unlike many other retailers, we make no profit on shipping. In fact, we charge you less than it actually costs us to send and receive your set. We just want to make borrowing LEGO® as easy and accessible as possible!
